How to write a useful spice import enquiry
A clear enquiry should identify the spice and form required: whole, crushed, ground or another processed format. Add expected grade, crop preference, quantity, packing size, destination port and intended use. For chillies, heat and colour matter; for turmeric, buyers may discuss curcumin and mesh; for cumin and coriander, purity, moisture and volatile oil can matter. Include microbiological, pesticide-residue, allergen, treatment and certification requirements that apply in your market. This information helps suppliers select material, prepare samples and quote suitable testing and packaging instead of making assumptions. Final specifications should be agreed in writing before production and shipment.
