EXPORT INSIGHTS
From product specification to export shipment
A dependable export transaction starts with a written requirement rather than a product name alone. The buyer and exporter align grade, quantity, packing, price basis, Incoterm, payment terms, documentation and expected schedule. Sourcing and samples follow, then inspection or laboratory testing where agreed. Packaging and marks are prepared for the route and destination. Commercial documents may include an invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, transport document and product-specific certificates. Freight booking, customs procedures and destination responsibilities are coordinated against the agreed Incoterm. Each shipment needs its own review because products and importing-country conditions differ.
